Participants may set-up their booths starting at 8:30 am on the morning of the event.
There is a pick up and drop off area in front of DC (off of Ring Road) where you may upload booths and other equipment.

Please be advised it is estimated to have over 250 competitors, judges and observers that will be attending this Career and Graduate Studies Fair.

Visitor Parking – Coin Entry
Lot A (right off of University Ave. West and Seagram Drive): $3.00 per entry

Lot X (past Columbia Street West, right off of Hagey Boulevard and Frank Tompa Drive): Free

Please be advised that Parking Lot B is no longer in service – that lot is under construction for our new buildings.
